Seafood Stuffed Shells

1/2 box large pasta shells, cooked according to directions
8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
1/2 lb. medium shrimp, chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese
12 oz. ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbs. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
16 oz. Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a large bowl, combine crab, shrimp, cheeses, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Mix well.  In a separate bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning.

3. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.  Fill pasta shells with seafood mixture and place each shell into pan.  Pour remaining sauce over the tops of shells.  Cover with aluminum foil.

4. Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and allow to bake for 15 more minutes to reduce sauce.
