Meal Plan, Week of 2/9

Saturday: Free Night!  I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a really good meal that I don't have to prepare or clean up!
Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken Curry
Monday: Some type of seafood - I'll see what is on sale this weekend and update the plan
Tuesday: Mississippi Gulf Coast Gumbo, King Cake
Wednesday: Buffalo Chicken Salad (recipe to follow)
Thursday: Steak, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Individual Cheesecakes (recipe to follow)
Friday: Food Network's Baked Macaroni and Cheese  **UPDATE: This was NOT good.  Definitely not a redo for our family.  Grainy and too much saltiness to it.  The kidlets wouldn't even eat it!**
