Pico de Gallo


3 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, washed and minced
1/2 onion, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 cup vinegar

2 Tbs. lime juice
salt and pepper


1. Combine ingredients in large tupperware container and shake to combine.

2. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

3. Shake container once more before serving.

Makes 3 cups
