Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

Ingredients:

3/4 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 box white cake mix
1 Tbs. lemon zest

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place liners in muffin pan or spray with cooking spray.

2. Mix water with lemonade concentrate.  Add remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth.

3. Pour batter into prepared pan, with batter coming 2/3 way up liner.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Leave in pan for 10 minutes then remove cupcakes to cooling rack.

Makes 24 cupcakes
