Ingredients:
1 lb. black beans, rinsed
6 cups water
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
3 bay leaves
Directions:
1. Sort through rinsed beans to make sure there are no stones or broken beans. If so, remove.
2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5.
