Meal Plan, week of 1/26

I'm heading into another week of Ignite!  Can't wait to see the results this upcoming week.  Especially since I started rowing again.  Burn baby, burn.  So, here is the upcoming meal plan for the week, Ignite friendly for me.  :)

Sunday: 20-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken (Recipe to follow)
Monday: Brinner - Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, and Bacon (Shake night for me)
Tuesday: Fettucine Alfredo with Chicken Breast and Brocolli (Shake night for me)
Friday: Hamburgers (I'll be having mine protein style, aka no bun)
